How long does shipping take?
Depending on your location shipping takes 2-7 business days.
Where do you ship to?
Right now we service only Ontario BUT we will be serving more provinces in the near future.
When does my box ship?
For first time orders your box is sent out within 48 hours. For customers on our 3 & 6 month cycle your box will arrive within 2-3 business days of your billing date.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel anytime! We ask you cancel minimum 14 days before your next billing date, or else your cancellation will be processed for the following billing cycle. We’ll be sad to see you go but you’re welcome to return anytime! Upon returning we will honour your original price or the current promotional price, whichever is the greatest value.
Do I get the same snacks every month?
Our boxes are curated to be different month to month, though we may throw a few high demand products into the rotation throughout your time subscribed to us.
Does your box carry peanut or dairy products?
Many products do carry peanut or dairy. If you would like to inquire ahead of time please feel free to reach out via the contact us page and one of our customer service reps will be more than happy to assist you.
