Shipping & Returns

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Standard Shipping within Canada usually takes 2-7 business days. 

To know more about the status of your order, please track the package using the tracking link that we provide in an email upon shipping your order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Depending on the number of orders in the queue and when you subscribe, it can take between 5-10 business days to fulfill your order.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship to Ontario, Canada ONLY. More provinces coming soon.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The shipping cost is a flat rate of $5.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

It is in our policy that subscriptions must be canceled prior to the billing date or they will renew for another month. Since our boxes contain perishable food items, once your subscription renews and your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order or accept a returned box for a refund. If you choose to send back your box, please be aware that a refund will not be issued.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A PRODUCT THAT'S BROKEN OR DAMAGED?

Please reach out about any damaged or missing items, we would love to help make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and one of our customer service reps will be happy to assist!
